Youth Leagues

Ice hockey is an exciting game that combines skill, fitness and teamwork. Our goal is to provide opportunities for our youth to play the fastest and greatest game on Earth. We offer programs at every age level to teach and grow hockey from beginner to advanced.

DIHA hold regular coached training sessions during term time for terms 1,2, and 3. Training sessions cover skill development such as skating, puck control, stick handling, passing, and shooting. They also learn about team play, sporting behaviour, and the rules of the game.

Player safety comes first, and it’s important that players have the appropriate gear. All players at a minimum must have the basic protective gear to participate in training sessions. Find out more here.
